Rainbow Herbals' Nettle Salt (Ground Dried Organic Nettle with Celtic Sea Salt), 3.25oz

$11.11

This is a hand-crafted salt that I make by grinding organic dried nettle leaves and gently mixing the Celtic Sea Salt to make the perfect blend that matches taste with nutrition. The recipe can be found in my recipe e-book, Rainbow Food Rocks, which is available in my e-book section on this website.

It’s been reported that Celtic Sea Salt® is incredibly beneficial for your health and can help:

  • Alkalize the body

  • Balance blood sugars

  • Eliminate mucus buildup

  • Build immunity

  • Improve brain function

  • Increase energy

  • Provide electrolyte balance

  • Promote restful sleep

  • Prevent muscle cramps

  • Regulate heartbeat and blood pressure

Stinging nettle’s leaves and root provide a wide variety of nutrients, including:

  • Vitamins: Vitamins A, C and K, as well as several B vitamins

  • Minerals: Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium
